Our solution includes Local Control Station, Power Unit, Actuator and supply of spare parts, repair kits, tube fittings and various component use in the fabrication and installation of control system.

Ball Valve and Actuator

Supply Pressure : 10.5 barg max
Supply Medium : Air, Nitrogen or sweets gas
Ambient Temp : -30 deg C to + 100 deg C. Special version for service outside this range on request.
Output Torques : Up to 3500 Nm

Control system can either be mounted on a panel or enclosed inside the weatherproof cabinet. Control system can either be supplied separately or assembled on the actuator.

The actuator housing has dedicated threaded hole for the mounting of control system and accessories.

LOCAL CONTROL PANEL

Local control panel is design to operate one valves (open and close) position. Standard panel are constructed of 316L SS with 3 mm wall thickness and so it is with fittings and tubing are constructed of 316 SS. LCP can be shutdown either manually and automatically at the panel or remote.
